The service
CompareDebtRecovery is a free comparison and introduction service for creditors. We are not a debt collection agency or a law firm, we do not provide legal or financial advice, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and an agency you instruct.
Comparisons
Comparisons are prepared from information provided by agencies and by you. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but you should confirm fees and terms directly with an agency before instructing them. Nothing in a comparison is a recommendation to instruct any particular agency.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that information you provide about a debt is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to pursue it. You must not use the service for debts you know to be disputed in bad faith, or for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
The service is provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any agency, or for any outcome of a recovery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
