Who we are
CompareDebtRecovery Ltd ("CompareDebtRecovery", "we") operates comparedebtrecovery.co.uk, a comparison and introduction service for UK creditors and debt recovery agencies. Contact: hello@comparedebtrecovery.co.uk.
What we collect
Details you give us when requesting a comparison (debt value and type, debtor region, your name, email and — optionally — phone number and business name), messages you send us, and basic usage data needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
To build your comparison, to introduce you to the one agency you choose, to reply to messages, and to run the service. We do not sell personal data, share marketing lists, or pass your details to agencies you have not chosen. We only share your phone number if you asked for a call.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by emailing hello@comparedebtrecovery.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
