How it works
From “owed money” to “agency instructed” in three steps
Most people chasing a debt have never hired a collection agency before. Here's exactly what happens, what we ask, and why.
01
Tell us about the debt
The amount, the kind of debt — an unpaid invoice, rent arrears, a CCJ — and roughly where the debtor is. Three short steps, about a minute, and nothing you won't have to hand.
02
Compare agencies that fit
Your comparison sets agencies out side by side: fee model (no-win-no-fee, commission or fixed fee), minimum debt value, specialisms and coverage — like for like.
03
Choose and get introduced
Pick the agency that suits you and we introduce you directly — their name, credentials and contact details, plus your case details to them so you don't repeat yourself.
What it costs you: nothing. Here's who pays.
You (the creditor)
Comparing, being matched and being introduced are free, with no obligation. If you instruct an agency, you agree their fees directly with them — and you'll have seen their fee model in the comparison first.
The agency
Agencies pay us a fixed fee for each introduction they receive. Every agency pays the same way, listing is free, and payment never affects position — so there's no incentive for us to push you anywhere.
